*Pastor’s Note: This is from a favorite writer of mine who also does awesome poetry. As so many of you know, I love poetry and I’ve read a lot of Sister Kathy’s poetry. Sunlight dances across brilliant blue skies,

Weaving a kaleidoscope of light and color,

Twisting and turning through boughs and leaves,

It balances just the right amount of a warm, comforting glow.

Each fragment of fractured light disperses into brilliance,

Tiny mirror like reflections float across the water,

Reflections of the blessings God sprinkles into our lives,

Capture those everyday things.

Cling to them with hugs of joy and thanksgiving,

Plant them firmly in your memory,

Never let them go,

They are God’s daily gifts to us.
