When all your friends have let you down
They’ve all gone from your sight.
Jesus Christ is always there
He’ll answer day or night.

Don’t underestimate His love
He cares when you’re alone
No matter what you’ve said or done
No matter where you’ve gone.

When your friends don’t understand
The pain you feel inside
And when the tears keep falling
And they don’t know why you’ve cried

You can call on Jesus
He will understand your pain
He’ll wipe the tear drops from your eyes
And give you joy again.

Jesus is the best friend you could ever find.
His line is never busy,
He will answer every time.
