Lord, hear our prayer:

Father, we praise you for your greatness, your power and your glory. We praise you, our mighty Creator. Every time we look at your world it speaks to us of your sovereign will, your awesome power and your creative love. How can we look at the hills and the mountains, the valleys and the rivers, the seas and the oceans, the birds and the animals and not be moved to worship you? We find it impossible to see the color, the shape and the beauty of flowers and fruits or to hold a tiny baby or to look into the face of someone we love and not give praise to our Maker. Praise belongs to you through Jesus Christ.

Amen.
