Getting to know Christ now is the process by which the Christian will become like Christ in the future. We may say “Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it,” but the image of Christ in the believer is no more impossible to God than the conception of Christ in a virgin.

Philippians 3:20-21, “For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.”
