For Friday 3-25-2022

John, the Baptist’s function was one of preparedness. He made it clear, he was a voice, but Jesus Christ was the Word. Today God’s voice is being heard through many servants stating the Word is coming again!

John 1:22–23 (ESV)
22 So they said to him, “Who are you? We need to give an answer to those who sent us. What do you say about yourself?”
23 He said, “I am the voice of one crying out in the wilderness, ‘Make straight the way of the Lord,’ as the prophet Isaiah said.”
