*Pastor’s Note: I was looking for something yesterday that would go with the theme of todays lesson on the Power of Words. Sure enough, under that very phrase was an exact title. That’s not so much what hit me as what I read next. This is a new blog for me to check out and I was thrilled to say the least! This is a perfect and Scripturally right-on lesson and I hope you enjoy it and are as blessed as I was.
As I usually ask with writers and ministries new to myself that I share, please remember them in prayer as they serve the Lord and each of us as brothers and sisters. Be sure to stop by and check out their other writings also and if possible share a like to let them know you stopped by. I’m sure going too! God Bless.
A 21st century Jewish Rabbi shared this striking statement about the power of words:
“Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively use words of despair. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.”
