Jeremiah’s Second Vision Pt. II

Jeremiah has been called to warn the people of Israel. When you read Jeremiah, if you substitute the United States for Israel, you will realize that the Book of Jeremiah is not just historical, but extremely and divinely prophetic. Jeremiah, except for certain verses is rarely taught on today and yet, with the state of the United States as a Nation, we NEED, we MUST take the words of Jeremiah to heart!

When God calls us to do something, He NEVER leaves us alone and to our own devices. He DOES instruct us to prepare ourselves, but that preparation MUST entail surrendering to Him and His will alone. Our God, through the empowerment of His Holy Spirit equips us to be able to accomplish something He has called us to do. Remember, walking in faith, pleases Him, so when we truly trust that He is ALWAYS in control, no matter what He asks us to do, He is pleased in that! As you can see in these verses, He lets us know in advance if there will be struggles or battles, but He is ALWAYS sure to acknowledge the fact that He will never leave us alone! It doesn’t matter whom the Lord sends you to minister (serve) too, the common man or those in positions of power and authority, God Himself is no respecter of persons. He created us all and He is the one who places people in the positions they hold. So, as the Lord God told Jeremiah so He tells us; Do not be afraid of them!
