Some Inspiring Thoughts

This was taken from an email circulation of several months back but I thought at this time, it is worth thinking on! Thanks to my Sister in Christ who shared this with me!

Daily RemindersLiving in truth is living in the light. Light overpowers darkness. It entails a lifestyle of transparency, honesty, integrity, love and faith in the Word of God. It is cultivating a character standard that leads to a sound moral authority.

His Word is the Bread of life. Ignoring it leads to spiritual starvation and death.

Everyone needs discernment and leading of the Holy Spirit because Satan could manifest as an angel of light to deceive while his ministers, as ministers of righteousness.

There is no promise for a trouble-free life, but assurance to see you through.

Focus on Christ Jesus and do not heed the language of intimidation and limitation.

Some people prefer doing complex things rather than exercising faith in the simplicity of the Word that comes from God.

When you realize who you are in God, it will help you resist false values, tradition of man and the world’s system.

Ignoring Godly counsel results in lack of peace, joy and fulfillment. Proverbs 11:14, “Where there is no counsel, the people fall; But in the multitude of counselors there is safety.” Proverbs 15:22, “Without counsel, plans go awry, But in the multitude of counselors they are established.”

It takes courage and perseverance to fulfil a purpose.

There is peace in realizing God’s purpose and walking accordingly.

Anything that competes with the knowledge of God is an idol.

Not every good idea is God’s idea.

Spending quality time in studying and seeking revelation from the Scriptures would expose your ignorance to the knowledge of the truth.

Always With YouStand on your guard and be always battle ready. Be alert but not agitated because perfect love casts out fear.

The greatest power the devil has over any person is to maintain ignorance (of God’s Word).

God created everything and wants His Word to be the Governor (the Councilor) of our lives.
